Nuovo Sorrentos

Nuovo Sorrentos is a popular Italian restaurant located in Wigan, recently reopened under new ownership after a refurbishment. The team, led by Jason Wyatt, Sevdin Nursin, and Ozkan Ozen, has transformed the venue to include a more relaxed Italian dining atmosphere downstairs and a wine bar upstairs. The restaurant offers seating for around 120 guests, making it suitable for both small gatherings and larger events.

The menu features a wide range of Italian classics, including pasta dishes such as Spaghetti Bolognese, Cannelloni, and Risotto Marinara. A highlight is their gluten-free offerings, as almost 85-90% of the dishes, including pizzas, can be made gluten-free. This is especially important since one of the owners has a personal connection to coeliac disease.
