The Unitronics UCR-ST-B8-VE is a high-performance dual-SIM 4G LTE cellular router with Wi-Fi designed for secure remote access, industrial networking and IIoT connectivity. As part of the advanced Unitronics B8 router series, it enables PLC systems, SCADA platforms, cloud applications and industrial equipment to communicate reliably across Verizon cellular networks throughout North America.
Specifically engineered for Verizon LTE coverage in the United States and Canada, the UCR-ST-B8-VE combines dual-SIM redundancy, integrated GNSS/GPS positioning, Ethernet networking, serial communications and industrial I/O functionality within a rugged industrial enclosure. This makes it ideal for machine builders, utilities, OEMs and infrastructure operators requiring dependable remote connectivity.
With 4G LTE Cat 4 connectivity, four Ethernet ports, RS232 and RS485 interfaces, integrated GPS, microSD storage and industrial-grade inputs and outputs, the UCR-ST-B8-VE delivers a complete communications platform for industrial automation, telemetry and remote monitoring applications.
The UCR-ST-B8-VE allows engineers to remotely access PLC systems, industrial machinery and infrastructure through Verizon cellular networks. Advanced VPN support, firewall protection and industrial communication protocols enable secure diagnostics, monitoring and data collection from virtually any location. The router can also function as a UniCloud gateway for supported Unitronics PLC platforms.
Dual-SIM capability helps maximise uptime by providing carrier redundancy, while integrated GPS functionality supports asset tracking, geo-fencing and location-aware applications. Multiple Ethernet and serial interfaces allow simultaneous connectivity to PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors and SCADA systems.
