The Unitronics V120-22-R2C is a powerful and compact PLC with integrated HMI designed to deliver advanced machine control, operator interaction and communication capabilities within a single device. Featuring a built-in 2.4-inch monochrome graphic LCD display with a 16-key keypad, the V120-22-R2C provides intuitive operator control without requiring a separate HMI terminal. This integrated approach reduces panel space requirements, wiring complexity and overall system costs while maintaining excellent functionality.
With 10 digital inputs, 2 analogue inputs and 6 relay outputs, plus integrated CANbus and dual serial communication ports, the controller is ideally suited for OEM machinery, process automation, material handling systems and industrial control applications. Expansion capabilities allow systems to grow up to approximately 256 I/O points as requirements increase.
The V120-22-R2C combines PLC control and HMI visualisation into a single compact device, helping reduce engineering time and installation costs.
