The Wöhner 32430 is a 25 A, three-pole busbar adapter from the EQUES 60Classic range. It is designed to provide a safe mechanical and electrical connection between commercially available motor-control equipment and a compatible Wöhner 60Classic busbar system.
Equipped with AWG 12 (4 mm²) connection leads and one adjustable mounting rail, the adapter supports compact installation of complete motor circuits. The conductor ends are ultrasonically sealed to provide a reliable connection, while the integrated click mechanism helps simplify attachment to the busbars.
The Wöhner 32430 is suitable for flat busbars measuring 12, 15, 20, 25 or 30 mm wide with a thickness of 5 or 10 mm, as well as compatible section busbars. Its 45 × 200 mm mounting format makes it a practical solution for industrial control panels, motor-control assemblies and OEM machinery.
The Wöhner 32430 enables commercially available switchgear and motor-protection equipment to be mounted directly onto a 60Classic busbar system. Its integrated conductors draw electrical power from the busbars and deliver it to the mounted device, reducing conventional point-to-point wiring and helping create a more compact control-panel layout.
The adjustable mounting rail provides flexibility when positioning compatible equipment. Ultrasonically sealed lead ends and the click-on attachment mechanism support dependable installation and efficient assembly in industrial panel-building applications.
The short-circuit performance of the complete installation depends on the selected motor controller, protective device and tested combination. The applicable manufacturer coordination data should therefore be checked when designing the assembly.
