The Wöhner 36131 is an advanced 3-pole hybrid motor starter with integrated IO-Link communication, designed for use with the Wöhner MOTUS® CrossBoard® 125 A and 250 A systems. Combining semiconductor switching with proven relay technology, it delivers reliable motor control, extended service life and reduced maintenance for industrial automation and machine building applications.
Featuring the innovative CrossLink® interface, the 36131 mounts directly onto compatible CrossBoard® systems, significantly reducing installation time and wiring requirements. Its integrated IO-Link interface enables seamless communication with PLCs and industrial automation systems, allowing remote diagnostics, parameter configuration and continuous monitoring of motor performance.
Designed for motors with an adjustable operating range of 1.5 to 7.0 A, the Wöhner 36131 supports both direct-on-line and reversing motor starter applications. The Wöhner 36131 combines the speed of semiconductor switching with the reliability of electromechanical relays to provide efficient motor starting with significantly reduced contact wear.
