The Lovato DM3TA1250 is a heavy-duty split-core current transformer designed for accurate current measurement in industrial switchboards, electrical distribution panels and energy-monitoring systems. Featuring a 1250/5 A transformation ratio, it converts a primary current of up to 1250 A into a standard 5 A secondary output for connection to compatible energy meters, ammeters, multifunction measuring instruments and power analysers.
Its split-core construction allows the transformer to be opened and installed around an existing cable or busbar without removing or rerouting the primary conductor.
