It provides dedicated protection for individual three-phase circuits, helping minimise disruption by disconnecting only the affected circuit during a fault.
With a 40 A rated current, Type B tripping characteristic, 10 mA Type A residual current sensitivity and a 10 kA short-circuit breaking capacity, this RCBO is ideal for protecting resistive loads and other circuits with relatively low inrush currents where enhanced protection against electric shock is required.
The ABB DSE203NMB40A10 continuously monitors electrical circuits for overloads, short circuits and earth leakage currents. If a fault occurs, the RCBO disconnects the affected circuit rapidly, helping protect equipment, reduce downtime and improve electrical safety.
Its Type B tripping characteristic is designed for circuits supplying resistive loads and equipment with relatively low starting currents. The integrated 10 mA Type A residual current protection detects both alternating current (AC) and pulsating DC leakage currents, making it suitable for many modern electrical installations containing electronic equipment.
