The Mersen FR14GR69V12 (Item No. D1017201) is a premium Protistor® high-speed cylindrical semiconductor fuse designed to provide full-range (gR) protection for sensitive semiconductor devices. Engineered specifically for power electronic applications, it protects inverters, UPS systems, variable frequency drives and other semiconductor equipment against both overloads and short-circuit faults while helping to maximise equipment reliability.
Manufactured in accordance with IEC 60269-1 and IEC 60269-4, this 14 × 51 mm cylindrical fuse combines exceptional current-limiting performance with low I²t characteristics, helping to minimise thermal stress on IGBTs, thyristors, SCRs, diodes and rectifiers. It is supplied without a striker indicator, making it suitable for installations where visual or remote indication is not required.
