The Mersen FR22AR69V40 is a high-performance Protistor® high-speed cylindrical semiconductor fuse designed to provide short-circuit protection for sensitive power semiconductor devices used in industrial power electronics. Manufactured in accordance with IEC 60269-4, this ultra-fast aR characteristic fuse delivers rapid fault interruption to minimise damage to IGBTs, thyristors, diodes and other semiconductor components.
