Why Choose the Mersen NH0AM69V25 NH Fuse-Link?

The Mersen NH0AM69V25 is a high-performance DIN NH aM fuse-link designed specifically for short-circuit protection in industrial motor circuits. Manufactured by Mersen, this NH size 0 fuse-link provides strong current-limiting performance whilst allowing normal motor starting currents to pass without unnecessary operation.

As part of the proven Mersen NH aM 690 V fuse-link series, the NH0AM69V25 features a durable ceramic body, silver-plated copper blade contacts, live gripping lugs and a double indication system. Its standard NH construction allows installation in compatible NH fuse bases within motor control centres, switchboards and industrial machinery panels.

With a rated current of 25 A, a rated operating voltage of 690 V AC and an 80 kA AC breaking capacity, the NH0AM69V25 provides dependable protection against high fault currents. As an aM fuse-link, it must be combined with a suitable overload protection device to provide complete motor circuit protection.

Key Advantages

  • Purpose-designed aM fuse-link for motor circuit short-circuit protection.
  • 25 A rated current for industrial motor applications.
  • 690 V AC rated voltage for demanding electrical systems.
  • High 80 kA AC breaking capacity for reliable fault interruption.
  • Strong current-limiting performance helps protect contactors, cables and motor starters.
  • Double indicator enables quick identification of an operated fuse-link.

Key Features

  • Mersen NH aM 690 V fuse-link series.
  • DIN NH size 0 construction.
  • 25 A rated current.
  • 690 V AC rated voltage.
  • aM partial-range characteristic for motor circuit protection.
  • Live gripping lugs for use with a suitable NH fuse puller.
  • Double fuse status indication system.
  • Ceramic body with silver-plated copper blade contacts.

Reliable Motor Circuit Protection

aM fuse-links are partial-range protective devices developed for motor circuits. They interrupt high short-circuit currents whilst tolerating the temporary inrush currents that occur when motors start, helping prevent nuisance fuse operation during normal machine operation.

The NH0AM69V25 provides short-circuit protection only and must be coordinated with a thermal overload relay, motor protection circuit breaker or another suitable overload device. This combination provides effective protection for motors, contactors, cables and associated switching equipment.

Typical Applications

  • Industrial motor control centres.
  • Direct-on-line and reversing motor starters.
  • Industrial switchboards and control panels.
  • Pumps, fans and conveyor motor circuits.
  • Manufacturing and processing machinery.
  • OEM automation and machine-building applications.
