The Mersen NH1UD69V250PV is a Protistor® NH size 1 high-speed semiconductor fuse engineered to provide advanced protection for modern power electronic equipment. Designed with an aR operating characteristic, this fuse delivers rapid short-circuit protection for sensitive semiconductor devices including diodes, thyristors, GTOs and IGBTs. It is manufactured in accordance with the NH modular system defined by DIN 43620, allowing worldwide compatibility with NH fuse bases and switch disconnectors.
Rated at 250 A and 690 V AC (IEC) / 700 V AC (UL), the NH1UD69V250PV provides excellent current-limiting performance with low let-through energy (I²t).
