The Mersen NH3UD69V1000PV is a high-capacity Protistor® high speed semiconductor fuse designed to protect sensitive power electronic components against damaging short-circuit currents. Its rapid operating characteristics help safeguard IGBTs, thyristors, diodes and rectifier assemblies used in demanding industrial power conversion systems.
Manufactured in the standard NH Size 3 format, this square-body fuse combines high current capacity with low energy let-through performance.
