The Lovato PMV70NA600 is a multifunction three-phase voltage monitoring relay designed to provide comprehensive protection for electrical systems operating with or without a neutral conductor. As part of the Lovato PMV70N monitoring relay series, it combines minimum-voltage, maximum-voltage and voltage-asymmetry monitoring with phase-loss, neutral-loss and incorrect phase-sequence detection.
This self-powered relay continuously supervises a 480–600 V AC three-phase supply and de-energises its output contacts whenever an abnormal voltage or phase condition is detected. Adjustable voltage, asymmetry and timing controls allow the protection settings to be tailored to motors, machinery, switchboards and industrial automation systems.
With adjustable 80–95% undervoltage, 105–115% overvoltage and 5–15% voltage asymmetry thresholds, the PMV70NA600 combines multiple protection functions in one compact relay. Two changeover outputs provide flexible alarm and shutdown signalling, while neutral-loss monitoring makes it particularly suitable for installations supplying phase-to-neutral loads.
The Lovato PMV70NA600 continuously supervises the incoming electrical supply and responds whenever undervoltage, overvoltage, voltage asymmetry, phase loss, neutral loss or incorrect phase sequence is detected. By disconnecting the control circuit before damage develops, it helps extend the service life of motors, drives and industrial equipment.
The adjustable thresholds and configurable timing functions enable the relay to distinguish between temporary supply disturbances and genuine electrical faults, improving system reliability while reducing unnecessary production interruptions.
