The Rittal RX9360.024 RiLineX Board is a pre-assembled three-pole power distribution board designed for industrial switchgear and low-voltage distribution systems. Supplied complete with integrated 30 × 5 mm E-Cu copper busbars, it is rated at up to 550A and provides a fast, reliable solution for distributing power within 1200 mm-wide enclosures. Its pre-engineered design significantly reduces installation time whilst maintaining high electrical performance and compliance with IEC and UL standards.
With an overall board length of 1105 mm, the RX9360.024 incorporates comprehensive IP2XB contact protection, upgradeable to IP3X using compatible accessories. The board can be installed horizontally, vertically or overhead and includes a rear cable-routing section to simplify enclosure wiring and improve internal cable management.
Designed for electrical systems operating at up to 1000V AC or 1500V DC, the board has been tested for short-circuit resistance up to 65kA and supports straightforward extension using compatible RiLineX baying connectors, making it ideal for modular switchboard construction.
The RX9360.024 provides a ready-to-install power distribution platform for RiLineX systems. Integrated copper busbars allow compatible RiLineX adaptors, switch disconnectors and protective devices to be mounted quickly, reducing panel build time whilst maintaining consistent electrical performance.
The modular design also supports future system expansion by connecting adjacent RiLineX boards with compatible baying connectors, enabling larger distribution systems without compromising tested short-circuit performance.
