The Rittal RX9360.500 is a 3-pole RiLineX CB component adaptor designed for the direct installation of moulded case circuit breakers (MCCBs) onto RiLineX and RiLine60 60 mm busbar systems. Featuring Rittal's innovative Easy-Fix concept, the adaptor allows the MCCB and adaptor to be assembled independently before being snapped quickly onto the busbar system, significantly reducing installation time.
The adaptor supports circuit breakers with ratings up to 160 A and accommodates numerous MCCB models from leading manufacturers including ABB, Eaton, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Legrand, Hager, LS Electric, Rockwell, Hyundai Electric and many others. Its tool-free snap-on mounting automatically adjusts to 5 mm or 10 mm busbar thicknesses, providing fast, reliable installation without additional accessories.
Manufactured from durable polyamide (PA 6), the RX9360.500 provides IP2XB touch protection, high mechanical strength and compliance with IEC and UL standards. The cable outlet can be configured for either the top or bottom, allowing maximum flexibility during switchboard design and assembly.
The Easy-Fix concept enables moulded case circuit breakers to be mounted onto the adaptor outside the enclosure before being snapped directly onto the RiLineX board. This simplifies assembly, reduces installation time and allows switchgear manufacturers to standardise production across multiple MCCB brands. Semi-automatic adjustment compensates for both 5 mm and 10 mm busbar thicknesses without requiring additional components.
