The Rittal RX9360.525 is a heavy-duty 3-pole RiLineX CB component adaptor designed for mounting moulded-case circuit breakers directly onto RiLineX and RiLine60 60 mm busbar systems. Rated for currents up to 400 A, it provides a robust and efficient solution for integrating larger MCCBs into industrial switchgear and power distribution assemblies.
Featuring Rittal's Easy-Fix design, the RX9360.525 allows the circuit breaker and adaptor to be assembled independently outside the enclosure. The completed assembly can then be installed onto the busbar system using tool-free snap-on mounting, helping panel builders reduce wiring time, simplify production and improve installation consistency.
The adaptor automatically accommodates busbars with thicknesses of 5 mm or 10 mm and provides a convertible cable outlet for top or bottom connection. It supports a wide range of MCCBs from leading manufacturers, including ABB, Eaton, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, Hager, LS Electric and Rockwell Automation.
The RX9360.525 enables the circuit breaker to be installed on the component adaptor before the complete assembly is fitted inside the enclosure. This external pre-assembly approach provides easier access to the fixing points, supports repeatable production processes and helps reduce the time required to build complex power distribution panels.
Once assembled, the adaptor snaps onto the busbar system without tools and adjusts to either 5 mm or 10 mm-thick busbars. Its M10 electrical connection, high current rating and integrated terminal covers make it particularly suitable for demanding feeder, distribution and machine-control applications.
