The Danfoss 175G5591 is an ultra heavy-duty VLT® Soft Starter MCD 500 designed for controlled starting and stopping of extremely large three-phase motors in demanding industrial automation, processing and infrastructure applications. As part of the Danfoss MCD 500 soft starter series, it provides advanced motor control, intelligent protection and reliable performance for high-power motor systems.
This digital soft starter provides a complete motor starting solution using current transformers, motor current feedback and Adaptive Acceleration Control (AAC) technology. These advanced functions help optimise motor ramp profiles, reduce mechanical stress and improve the operational reliability of connected equipment.
