The Carlo Gavazzi DBA52CM24 is a compact and reliable delay-on-release timer relay designed for timed switching in industrial automation, machinery and electrical control systems. As part of the Carlo Gavazzi DBA52 timer series, it combines flexible delay adjustment with a multi-voltage power supply and an SPDT changeover relay output.
The output relay operates when the external trigger contact closes, and the selected delay period begins when that contact opens. The relay remains energised until the delay expires, enabling controlled run-on periods, shutdown sequences and delayed disconnection functions.
With seven selectable timing ranges covering 0.1 s to 100 h, a 24 V DC or 24–240 V AC supply and a 5 A SPDT relay output, the DBA52CM24 provides versatile control in a space-saving format. Its slim 17.5 mm DIN-rail housing is ideal for installation in densely populated control panels.
