The Lovato 51ADX0060B is an advanced three-phase soft starter designed for controlled starting and stopping of asynchronous three-phase motors in demanding industrial applications. As part of the Lovato Electric ADX...B series, it is designed for severe-duty starting applications with a starting current of up to 5 × Ie.
This soft starter provides torque or voltage ramp starting with current limitation, together with an integrated bypass contactor. Once the motor has completed its start, the built-in bypass helps reduce power dissipation, while motor current thermal protection, torque control, kick start, dynamic braking, PTC input and event logging support reliable motor operation and commissioning.
With a rated starter current of 60 A, the 51ADX0060B supports IEC motor ratings of 15 kW at 230 V AC, 30 kW at 400 V AC and 37 kW at 500 V AC. Its three-phase 208–500 V AC operating range and advanced motor-control functions make it suitable for severe-duty industrial machinery and automation systems.
