The EMAS CPDM is a blue, flush momentary push-button operator designed for industrial control panels and machinery interfaces. As part of the EMAS CP Series, it provides a clear manual control point for functions such as start, reset or acknowledgement commands.
This operator has a round blue actuator with a black plastic front ring and uses spring-return operation, automatically returning to its normal position when released. Its standard 22 mm mounting diameter supports integration into compatible control panels and operator stations.
The CPDM provides IP65 frontal protection when correctly installed and supports optional illumination using compatible EMAS components. It is supplied as the operating mechanism only, so the mounting adaptor, contact blocks and any illumination module must be selected separately.
A push-button operator forms the visible and manually operated part of a modular control device. When pressed, the CPDM actuates separately fitted contact blocks, allowing the completed assembly to issue the required electrical command within a machine or automation circuit.
Because the CPDM is an operator mechanism rather than a complete switching device, its electrical contact arrangement depends on the separately selected EMAS contact blocks. A compatible mounting adaptor is also required, while an illumination module can be added where a visual indication is needed.
