The Pizzato FC 3409-M2 is a robust rope-operated position switch for signalling in industrial machinery and automation systems. Part of the Pizzato FC series, it combines a durable metal housing with a rope-operated head for remote mechanical actuation.
Its B34 slow-action contact block provides two normally closed contacts. This contact arrangement enables two NC switching circuits to be controlled from the same rope-operated mechanism, while the slow-action design changes the contact state in direct relation to actuator movement.
With an IP67 protection rating, powder-coated metal enclosure and ambient temperature range of −25 to +80 °C, the FC 3409-M2 is designed for demanding industrial environments. A standard M20 × 1.5 threaded conduit entry enables secure cable installation.
