The CHINT NX3-5RA is a compact 5-way metal enclosure with factory-fitted circuit protection, designed for small electrical distribution applications where only a limited number of protected circuits are required. It combines a 63 A RCD with B6 A and B16 A miniature circuit breakers in a convenient CHINT NX3 metal enclosure.
Supplied as a populated assembly, the NX3-5RA provides installers with essential residual-current and overcurrent protection in one compact unit. The fitted RCD provides residual-current protection for the outgoing circuits, while the B6 A and B16 A MCBs provide individual overcurrent and short-circuit protection for appropriately designed final circuits.
The combination of a compact metal enclosure, DIN rail mounted protective devices and two different MCB ratings makes the NX3-5RA particularly useful for small auxiliary distribution applications. It provides a practical solution where separate lower-current and higher-current final circuits need to be supplied from a dedicated local enclosure.
