The nVent Hoffman SFSU02 is a robust swing frame chassis support designed to provide additional depth support for heavy equipment installed within floor-standing enclosure swing frames. By reinforcing the chassis installation, the support helps reduce mechanical loading on the swing frame and improves rigidity in demanding industrial applications.
Manufactured from 2 mm zinc-plated mild steel, the SFSU02 provides a durable mounting solution particularly useful where heavy equipment or environmental vibration places additional stress on the swing frame. The support brackets can be mounted directly to the rear of the swing frame or to a compatible SFMP swing frame mounting plate.
Measuring 66 mm high × 57 mm wide × 135 mm deep, the SFSU02 is supplied as one pair with mounting accessories. For full-height swing frames, an SFMP mounting plate can also be incorporated to provide additional depth support and facilitate cable routing.
Heavy electrical and electronic equipment installed towards the front of a swing frame can impose significant mechanical loads on the frame structure.
