The nVent HOFFMAN UCPT430 is a compact wall-mounted polyester electrical enclosure with a transparent door, designed to protect electrical, control and automation equipment in demanding industrial and outdoor environments. Part of the nVent HOFFMAN UCP/UCPT enclosure series, it combines corrosion-resistant construction with a glazed door that allows equipment and indicators to be inspected without opening the cabinet.
The enclosure body is manufactured from glass-fibre reinforced polyester, while the transparent viewing area is made from polycarbonate. Its monoblock moulded body is approximately 3 mm thick, self-extinguishing and halogen-free. The enclosure is also double insulated according to EN 61439-1, making it particularly suitable for electrical installations requiring a robust non-metallic cabinet.
With external dimensions of 415 mm high × 315 mm wide × 170 mm deep, the UCPT430 provides a compact solution for wall-mounted equipment protection. It features a 180° opening transparent door, injected one-piece polyurethane gasket and 3 mm double-bit lock, while its weather-resistant construction makes it suitable for outdoor installations, including locations exposed to direct sunlight.
