The TE Connectivity ZS25 1SNK512010R0000 is a high-capacity grey screw-clamp feed-through terminal block designed for reliable power and signal connections in industrial control panels, switchgear, machinery and power distribution equipment. Part of the TE Connectivity ENTRELEC SNK series, it combines proven screw-clamp termination with a compact DIN-rail design for secure and serviceable electrical connections.
The ZS25 provides one feed-through circuit, one level and two connection positions. It accommodates flexible and rigid stranded conductors from 0.5–25 mm², allowing relatively large conductors to be connected within a terminal measuring only 12 mm in spacing. Its robust polyamide housing and screw-terminal construction make it suitable for demanding industrial installations.
With an IEC rated current of 76 A and an IEC rated voltage of 1000 V, the ZS25 is suitable for higher-current and higher-voltage applications, including industrial power distribution and solar installations. UL and CSA ratings of 100 A and up to 600 V further support its use in internationally specified equipment.
The ZS25 provides a direct electrical connection between two conductors while supporting conductor sizes up to 25 mm². Its 76 A IEC current rating, 1000 V IEC voltage rating and 1920 A short-time withstand current for 1 s make it well suited to demanding power distribution and industrial control circuits.
Despite its high conductor capacity, the ZS25 occupies only 12 mm of DIN-rail spacing. This allows panel builders to terminate larger power conductors efficiently without unnecessarily increasing terminal-strip dimensions. Its 1000 V AC/DC IEC rating also makes the terminal particularly suitable for applications such as photovoltaic and other higher-voltage DC installations.
