ILME CQM 08E male CQ series connector insert with 8 poles plus PE, 16 A 500 V rating, crimp termination, size 32.13 and integrated PE plate for industrial connector assemblies.
£6.72
The ILME CQM 08E is a robust male multipole connector insert from the ILME CQ series, designed for reliable electrical connections in industrial machinery, automation equipment and heavy-duty connector assemblies. It provides 8 poles plus protective earth (PE) and uses crimp termination for secure, vibration-resistant conductor connections.
Designed for ILME size 32.13 connector housings, the CQM 08E combines compact dimensions with a rated current of 16 A and rated voltage of 500 V. The insert is supplied with a PE plate, providing additional protective-earth functionality within compatible connector assemblies.
The polycarbonate insert supports conductors from 0.14–4 mm² or AWG 26–12 and is engineered for at least 500 mating cycles. Its wide operating temperature range and high insulation performance make it suitable for dependable use in demanding industrial environments.
Crimp connector inserts such as the ILME CQM 08E provide reliable electrical connections by mechanically compressing the contact onto the conductor. When correctly assembled with compatible ILME crimp contacts and tooling, this method produces a low-resistance connection with excellent resistance to vibration and mechanical stress.
The CQ series is designed for compact industrial connector applications where multiple circuits must be connected and disconnected efficiently. When installed in a suitable ILME hood or housing, the CQM 08E forms part of a robust connector system suitable for machinery, control panels and industrial automation equipment.
