The ILME CX04RM, also identified as CX 04 RM, is a male MIXO Data modular insert designed to accommodate four crimp coaxial contacts within an ILME heavy-duty modular connector assembly. Occupying only one MIXO module, it provides a compact solution for integrating multiple coaxial signal connections into industrial machinery, automation and instrumentation systems.
The CX04RM provides four seats for male coaxial contacts and is compatible with ILME 50 Ω and 75 Ω coaxial contact systems. The corresponding contacts are ordered separately, allowing the module to be configured for suitable coaxial cable types and impedance requirements while retaining the flexibility of the MIXO modular architecture.
Designed for frequencies from DC to 6 GHz, the coaxial system provides excellent high-frequency performance with controlled insertion loss, return loss and RF leakage. The insert is manufactured from durable polycarbonate with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and is specified for operating temperatures from -40 °C to +125 °C.
