Product Overview
The Pizzato ST HD420M0.2-H1T is an electronic RFID safety sensor from the Pizzato ST H series, designed for non-contact monitoring of machine guards, safety doors and protective access points. This high-level coded version combines dual safety inputs and outputs with an additional programming input, providing a programmable safety sensing solution for modern industrial machinery.
Operating from a 24 V DC supply, the ST HD420M0.2-H1T provides two IS1–IS2 safety inputs, two OS1–OS2 safety outputs, one O3 signalling output and one I3 programming input. It is supplied with a PVC cable and M12 connector, while the H1T actuator provides an 11 mm actuation distance and lateral fixing.
Key Advantages
- RFID safety technology: Provides coded, non-contact monitoring of movable guards and safety doors.
- High coding level: High-level coded actuator recognition supports enhanced protection against inappropriate actuator substitution.
- Programmable configuration: Includes an I3 programming input in addition to the safety and signalling channels.
- Dual safety channels: Two safety inputs and two safety outputs support integration into industrial machine-safety architectures.
- Convenient connectivity: PVC cable with M12 connector simplifies installation and machine wiring.
- High environmental protection: IP67 and IP69K ratings make the sensor suitable for demanding industrial environments.
