Product Overview
The Pizzato ST HD420M0.2 is a programmable electronic RFID safety sensor from the Pizzato ST H series, designed for non-contact monitoring of machine guards, doors and protective access points. This sensor-only version is supplied without an actuator, allowing the appropriate compatible actuator to be selected separately for the application.
Operating from a 24 V DC supply, the ST HD420M0.2 provides two IS1–IS2 safety inputs, two OS1–OS2 safety outputs, one O3 signalling output and one I3 programming input. Electrical connection is provided by a 0.2 m PVC cable with M12 connector, while IP67 and IP69K protection supports installation in demanding industrial environments.
Key Advantages
- Programmable RFID safety sensor: Provides configurable, non-contact guard monitoring for industrial machinery.
- Dual safety channels: Two safety inputs and two safety outputs support integration into advanced machine-safety architectures.
- Programming input: Includes an I3 programming input for the programmable ST HD420 configuration.
- Auxiliary signalling: One O3 signalling output provides additional status information to the machine control system.
- Flexible actuator selection: Supplied without an actuator so a suitable ST-series actuator can be selected separately.
- High environmental protection: IP67 and IP69K ratings support use in demanding industrial environments.
