Product Overview
The Pizzato ST HD420MP-H0T is an electronic RFID safety sensor from the Pizzato ST H series, designed for non-contact monitoring of machine guards, safety doors and protective access points. The H0T actuator uses a standard H-format design with a low coding level according to ISO 14119, providing coded guard detection for industrial machine-safety applications.
Operating from a 24 V DC supply, the ST HD420MP-H0T provides two IS1–IS2 safety inputs, two OS1–OS2 safety outputs, one O3 signalling output and one I3 programming input. The MP configuration features an integrated M12 technopolymer connector, while the ST H housing provides IP67 and IP69K environmental protection.
Key Advantages
- RFID non-contact sensing: Provides electronic monitoring of guards without mechanical switching contact between sensor and actuator.
- Low-coded H actuator: The H0T configuration uses the standard H-format actuator with low-level coding according to ISO 14119.
- Programmable functionality: The HD420 configuration includes an I3 programming input.
- Dual safety channels: Two safety inputs and two safety outputs support integration into industrial machine-safety systems.
- Integrated M12 connector: The MP version provides convenient connector-based installation and servicing.
- High environmental protection: IP67 and IP69K ratings support operation in demanding industrial environments.
