The Carlo Gavazzi VT3 is a robust conductive level probe designed for reliable level detection and control of electrically conductive liquids in industrial tanks, vessels and process systems. As part of the Carlo Gavazzi VT series, it features three stainless-steel electrodes that provide multiple sensing points for applications such as maximum/minimum level monitoring, filling and emptying control.
The VT3 operates using the conductive sensing principle, whereby contact between a conductive liquid and the electrodes enables a compatible level controller to determine the liquid level. The three electrodes are supplied at a standard length of 1 m and can be shortened to suit the required sensing levels within the application.
Featuring three 1 m AISI 316 stainless-steel electrodes with a diameter of 5 mm, a chemically resistant PTFE housing, 1½-inch pipe thread and fixed 1 m silicone cable, the VT3 provides a durable solution for demanding process environments.
