Why Choose the Lovato M3NUL Empty Non-Metallic Enclosure?
The Lovato M3NUL is an empty non-metallic enclosure without external pushbuttons designed for compatible Lovato electromechanical starter and contactor installations. Part of the Lovato M3 enclosure range, this UL version provides a robust protective housing for compatible BF-series contactors in industrial motor-control and automation applications.
Designed for compatible Lovato BF40A, BF50A, BF65A, BF80A and BF94A contactors, the M3NUL allows panel builders and machine manufacturers to configure an enclosed starter arrangement around the required contactor and protection components. An RF82 thermal overload relay can be selected separately where motor overload protection is required.
The enclosure provides an IEC IP65 degree of protection and UL enclosure ratings of Type 1, 12, 4 and 4X. With no external pushbuttons fitted, the M3NUL is particularly suitable where starter control is provided remotely by a control panel, PLC or other automation system.

Protective Housing for Industrial Motor Starter Assemblies
Industrial starter enclosures provide a protective housing around contactors, overload relays and associated electrical components. The Lovato M3NUL is specifically designed as an empty enclosure, allowing the appropriate compatible switching and motor-protection components to be selected according to the requirements of the installation.
With IP65 protection and UL Type 1, 12, 4 and 4X enclosure ratings, the M3NUL is designed for demanding industrial environments. Its button-free configuration is particularly useful for applications where the enclosed contactor or starter is operated remotely rather than through local enclosure-mounted controls.
