Lovato SRBEM41 safe output expansion module with four normally open safety contacts, one normally closed feedback contact and a 24 V AC/DC auxiliary supply for industrial machine safety systems.
£338.46
The Lovato SRBEM41 is a compact and reliable safe output expansion module designed to increase the number of safety-rated relay outputs available within industrial machine safety circuits. As part of the Lovato SRB safety relay series, it provides four normally open safety outputs together with one normally closed feedback contact for integration with compatible safety control systems.
The SRBEM41 uses forcibly guided, voltage-free relay contacts to provide dependable switching and monitoring in safety-related applications. Its two-input architecture and dedicated feedback contact allow the module to extend the output capability of a primary safety relay while maintaining the integrity required for high-performance machine safety systems.
With a nominal 24 V AC/DC auxiliary supply, removable screw terminals and 35 mm DIN rail mounting, the SRBEM41 is designed for straightforward installation inside industrial control panels. The module supports safety systems designed up to Category 4 and Performance Level e in accordance with EN/ISO 13849-1.
Safety output expansion modules such as the Lovato SRBEM41 allow additional safety-rated switching contacts to be added to an existing safety relay system without replacing the primary monitoring device. This is useful where several contactors, actuators or safety-related loads must be switched from the same monitored safety function.
The SRBEM41 combines forcibly guided relay contacts with a dedicated feedback output, helping designers implement monitored machine safety architectures in accordance with recognised functional safety requirements. Its DIN rail format and removable terminals make it well suited to compact industrial control cabinets and OEM machinery.
