The Lovato GL0100C1UL is a three-pole UL98 switch disconnector with a 100 A general-purpose UL rating, designed for reliable isolation and switching in industrial and commercial electrical distribution systems. Part of the Lovato GL UL series, it is cULus certified and suitable for applications requiring a recognised UL98 disconnecting device.
Under IEC ratings, the GL0100C1UL provides a conventional free-air thermal current of 160 A and AC-21A, AC-22A and AC-23A operational ratings of 160 A at 400, 500 and 690 V AC. It also features a 1000 V insulation voltage, 12 kV impulse withstand voltage and a 100 kA IEC conditional short-circuit rating.
For UL applications, the device is rated 100 A general purpose at up to 600 V and provides three-phase motor ratings up to 100 HP at 600 V. The switch is supplied without an operating handle, allowing the appropriate Lovato direct-operating or door-coupling handle and shaft arrangement to be selected for the installation.
