The Cembre 2397180 CL250-D38 is a premium two-hole colour coded copper compression cable lug designed to provide exceptionally secure, vibration-resistant electrical terminations for demanding industrial and utility power applications. Manufactured from 99.95% electrolytic annealed copper with an electrolytic tin-plated finish, it delivers excellent electrical conductivity together with long-term corrosion resistance.
Unlike standard single-hole compression lugs, the CL-D series features a two-hole palm which provides superior mechanical stability under high vibration and electrodynamic stress. The long barrel incorporates a chamfered entry to simplify conductor insertion, while the sealed barrel design without an inspection hole helps minimise the ingress of moisture and contaminants during outdoor use.
Suitable for 120 mm² copper conductors, the Cembre 2397180 features dual M10 fixing holes, a 29 mm stripping length and yellow die identification with die index 24, making it ideal for switchgear, substations, transformers and heavy-duty power distribution equipment.
