The Cembre 2480890 (L80-M) is a premium-quality copper compression through connector (butt splice) designed for permanently joining low-voltage copper conductors. Manufactured from more than 99.9% pure electrolytic copper and finished with electrolytic tin plating, the connector provides exceptional electrical conductivity together with outstanding corrosion resistance. Designed for 300–400 mm² flexible conductors or 400 mm² stranded conductors, the L80-M features chamfered barrel entries together with an internal central stop to ensure correct conductor positioning before crimping. When installed using compatible Cembre compression tooling, it provides durable, maintenance-free cable joints for demanding industrial and power distribution applications.
The Cembre L-M Series has been developed for permanent splicing of low-voltage copper conductors.
