ABB CM-PVS.41S three-phase monitoring relay 1SVR730794R3300 for 300–500 V AC systems, providing phase failure, phase sequence, overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring with two changeover contacts and an adjustable tripping delay.
£237.23
The ABB CM-PVS.41S is a reliable three-phase monitoring relay designed to supervise critical electrical parameters in three-phase mains. With ABB order code 1SVR730794R3300, this CM-PVS series relay monitors phase failure, phase sequence, overvoltage and undervoltage, helping protect industrial equipment against abnormal supply conditions.
Designed for three-phase systems operating at 300–500 V AC, the CM-PVS.41S is powered directly by the measuring circuit and uses a TRMS measuring principle. Adjustable overvoltage and undervoltage thresholds allow the relay to be configured for the requirements of the application, while phase sequence monitoring can be switched off when it is not required.
The relay provides two changeover (SPDT) output contacts and an adjustable tripping delay of 0 or 0.1–30 s, with selectable ON-delayed or OFF-delayed operation. Its slim 22.5 mm housing, screw terminals and DIN-rail mounting make it well suited to compact industrial control panels and electrical distribution equipment.
Three-phase monitoring relays help prevent machinery and electrical systems from operating under unsuitable mains conditions. The ABB CM-PVS.41S continuously supervises the connected three-phase supply and can signal or initiate control action when phase failure, incorrect phase sequence, overvoltage or undervoltage conditions are detected.
Adjustable voltage thresholds and tripping delay provide flexibility when coordinating the relay with different machines and processes. The selectable delay can help prevent unnecessary switching in response to brief voltage disturbances, while the two changeover contacts provide convenient integration with contactors, PLC inputs, alarms and other control equipment.
