The ABB OVR T2-T3 N 80-275 C QS 2CTB803876R0000 is a single-pole pluggable replacement surge protection cartridge from ABB's OVR QuickSafe range. Designed for the neutral protection position of compatible OVR surge protective devices, it enables a worn protection element to be replaced without replacing the complete SPD assembly.
The OVR T2-T3 N 80-275 C QS provides a maximum discharge current Imax of 80 kA and a nominal discharge current In of 30 kA using an 8/20 µs waveform. It also has an impulse current Iimp of 6.25 kA using a 10/350 µs waveform and a voltage protection level Up of 1.4 kV.
Designed for 230/400 V AC TT and TN-S systems, the cartridge has a 275 V rating and QuickSafe plug-in construction. Its compact 17.6 mm width makes it a straightforward service component for compatible ABB OVR assemblies, supporting rapid maintenance and restoration of surge protection after cartridge replacement becomes necessary.
Pluggable surge protective devices allow individual protection elements to be renewed after they reach the end of their service life, avoiding unnecessary replacement of the complete installed SPD assembly. This approach can reduce maintenance time while retaining the correctly installed base and associated electrical connections.
The ABB OVR T2-T3 N 80-275 C QS provides 80 kA Imax, 30 kA In, 6.25 kA Iimp and a 1.4 kV Up in a compact single-pole QuickSafe cartridge. It is intended for the neutral position of compatible ABB OVR configurations used in TT and TN-S low-voltage distribution systems.
