ABB D11 15-M 40 is a compact single-phase direct-connected 40 A DIN rail energy meter with active and reactive import/export measurement and integrated M-Bus communication for remote energy monitoring.
£110.34
The ABB D11 15-M 40 is a compact single-phase direct-connected electricity meter designed for accurate energy monitoring in residential, commercial and light industrial electrical installations. As part of the ABB D11 15 DIN rail mounted meter range, it combines bidirectional energy measurement with integrated M-Bus communication in a space-saving one-module format.
This electronic energy meter measures active and reactive energy in both import and export directions, making it suitable for conventional consumption monitoring and installations with bidirectional energy flow. Its integrated M-Bus interface enables measurement data to be collected remotely by compatible building-management, energy-management and automatic meter-reading systems.
With direct connection for currents up to 40 A and operation on 220–240 V AC single-phase systems, the D11 15-M 40 requires no external current transformer for loads within its rated range. Its compact 1 DIN-module design allows straightforward installation in distribution boards and control panels where available rail space is limited.
Direct-connected meters such as the ABB D11 15-M 40 measure electrical current without requiring external current transformers for loads within their rated range. This simplifies installation and wiring while enabling accurate monitoring of active and reactive energy in compact single-phase distribution systems.
Integrated M-Bus communication makes the D11 15-M 40 particularly suitable for networked metering installations. Energy information can be collected by compatible M-Bus masters, gateways and energy-management platforms, allowing multiple meters to form part of a centralised building or utility monitoring system.
