The V1040-T20B features a high-resolution 800 × 600 SVGA TFT touchscreen display with 65,536 colours and nine programmable function keys, delivering intuitive machine operation and clear process visualisation. With built-in communication ports, expandable I/O capability and advanced automation features, it is ideal for demanding industrial control applications.
Designed to support up to 1000 I/O points through local and remote expansion modules, the controller offers exceptional flexibility for both standalone machines and large automation systems. Its powerful memory architecture, integrated data logging and extensive communication options make it suitable for complex industrial processes and advanced machine control applications.
The V1040-T20B combines sophisticated PLC control with a large operator interface, enabling engineers to create complete automation solutions within a single platform. Programming is carried out using Unitronics' VisiLogic software, allowing ladder logic and HMI development within the same environment.
Built-in features include recipe management, alarm handling, data logging, trending, multilingual displays and PID control.
