Manufactured from 99.95% pure electrolytic copper with a durable tin-plated finish, the RKY-U3.5 incorporates Cembre's reinforced copper sleeve positioned between the conductor barrel and insulated collar. During crimping, this reinforcement grips the cable insulation to improve mechanical retention while maintaining excellent conductivity and long-term resistance to vibration. The halogen-free PA6.6 polyamide insulation features a funnel-shaped entry for rapid conductor insertion and reduced installation time.
Designed for 0.25–1.5 mm² flexible copper conductors with a 3.7 mm (M3.5) fork opening, the Cembre 2145733 allows quick removal and replacement without completely removing the fixing screw, making it ideal for maintenance and service applications.
