The Cembre 2190160, also designated as the Cembre A5-M8/13.5, is a professional non-insulated copper compression ring terminal designed to terminate 25 mm² copper conductors onto M8 threaded studs. Its contained 13.5 mm narrow palm makes it especially suitable for compact circuit breakers, switchgear and equipment terminals that cannot accommodate a standard-width cable lug.
Manufactured from high-purity electrolytic copper tube, the Cembre A5-M8/13.5 provides excellent electrical conductivity and the mechanical strength required to resist vibration and conductor pull-out. The terminal is annealed to ensure optimum ductility during compression and electrolytically tin plated to improve resistance to oxidation, corrosion and mechanical stress.
