The Cembre 2190270, also designated as the Cembre A5-M14, is a professional non-insulated copper compression ring terminal designed to terminate 25 mm² copper conductors onto M14 threaded studs. Part of the established Cembre A-M ring terminal series, it provides a secure, low-resistance electrical connection for industrial switchgear, control panels, machinery and power-distribution equipment.
Manufactured from high-purity Cu-OF CW008A electrolytic copper tube, the Cembre A5-M14 is engineered to provide excellent electrical conductivity and the mechanical strength required to resist vibration and conductor pull-out. The terminal is annealed to provide optimum ductility during compression and electrolytically tin plated to improve resistance to oxidation, corrosion and mechanical stress.
The Cembre 2190270 combines a 25 mm² conductor barrel with an M14 ring palm. Its internally chamfered barrel entry helps guide conductor strands into position, while the integrated inspection hole allows installers to confirm full conductor insertion before crimping.
Copper compression ring terminals create a permanent electrical joint by mechanically compressing the terminal barrel around the conductor strands.
