By supporting the MSHS busbar holder in a horizontal staircase configuration, the system can provide convenient access to copper busbars for cable connections while helping panel builders create an organised infeed or outgoing connection section.
Manufactured from durable 1.5 mm galvanised steel, each MSHSI600 support measures 100 mm high × 554 mm wide × 38 mm deep. The product is supplied as one pair comprising two horizontal supports and mounts to compatible MSPS internal side panels and the enclosure frame. When combined with suitable MSHS supports, solutions using up to two 120 × 10 mm busbars per phase can be created.
The nVent HOFFMAN MSHSI600 allows an MSHS busbar support to be positioned horizontally in depth rather than using the standard busbar arrangement alone.
