As part of the nVent HOFFMAN VBD depth dividing bar range, it provides standard mounting facilities for accessories on either side of compatible industrial enclosure systems.
The VBD400 is fitted at the centre of a compatible 1200 mm or 1600 mm wide enclosure at the top and bottom, providing mounting facilities in two sections of 600 mm or 800 mm respectively. This allows accessories such as cable fixing bars and mounting profiles to be installed separately on either side of the enclosure, helping panel builders create organised and flexible equipment layouts.
Designed for enclosures with a nominal depth of 400 mm, the VBD400 is manufactured from robust 1.75 mm zinc-plated steel. Its profile measures approximately 24 mm high and 90 mm wide, while an integrated 25 mm hole pattern allows compatible accessories to be adjusted in depth to suit the installation.
Depth dividing bars such as the nVent HOFFMAN VBD400 provide additional mounting positions within large floor-standing electrical enclosures.
