Why Choose the Rittal SK3313.410 LCP Rack DX?
The Rittal SK3313.410 LCP Rack DX is a high-performance direct-expansion rack cooling system designed for targeted thermal management of one or two IT racks. Delivering up to 12 kW cooling output, it combines an integrated air/refrigerant heat exchanger with inverter-controlled compressor technology to maintain controlled server inlet temperatures in small and medium-sized data centre environments.
Cooling output is continuously adjustable across a 3–12 kW modulation range, allowing the system to respond efficiently to changing IT heat loads. Four EC fan modules provide up to 4,800 m³/h of unimpeded airflow at 50 Hz, while the speed-regulated compressor and continuously variable fan control help minimise unnecessary energy consumption during partial-load operation.
The SK3313.410 measures 300 mm wide × 2000 mm high × 1000 mm deep and is designed for flush installation alongside compatible Rittal VX IT enclosures. It operates from a 380–480 V AC three-phase, 50/60 Hz supply, features integrated SNMP network monitoring and requires a suitable external condenser to reject the absorbed thermal energy outside the installation room.

Precision Direct-Expansion Cooling for IT Racks
High-density servers, storage systems and network hardware can produce concentrated heat loads that require cooling close to the equipment. The Rittal SK3313.410 draws warm server exhaust air directly from the rear of the rack, cools it through its air/refrigerant heat exchanger and supplies conditioned air back towards the front of the 482.6 mm (19") equipment level across the height of the enclosure.
The combination of four EC fans and an inverter-controlled compressor allows cooling performance to continuously adapt between 3 and 12 kW. Absorbed thermal energy is transferred to an external condenser rather than released into the data centre room, while integrated SNMP monitoring provides access to operating and alarm information over Ethernet for integration into professional IT infrastructure management systems.
