As part of the nVent HOFFMAN DFN ventilation fan series, it is specifically designed for inside mounting, with the fan installed to a mounting surface from below and airflow directed upwards.
The DFN01 helps remove excess heat generated by electrical and electronic components, supporting reliable operation and improved thermal management within industrial enclosures. Multiple DFN fans can be installed where greater airflow is required, allowing enclosure cooling capacity to be increased according to the amount of heat generated by the installed equipment.
