The RTB110 features a large 110 mm internal aperture, allowing multiple phase conductors and the neutral, where present, to pass through the toroid for residual current measurement. The protective earth conductor must remain outside the transformer. In compatible Lovato Type B earth leakage relay systems, the RTB110 is intended for residual current thresholds of 100 mA or higher.
