The Lovato BFX3271 is a rigid connecting kit for changeover contactor assemblies, specifically designed for Lovato BF26…T4 and BF38…T4 four-pole contactors. It provides the predefined power connections required when assembling a compact four-pole changeover arrangement, reducing the need to fabricate and route individual flexible conductors between the contactors.
The BFX3271 is designed for use with two compatible four-pole BF contactors combined with a Lovato BFX5000 or BFX5001 mechanical interlock. The resulting arrangement is suitable for changeover applications where two supplies are switched to a common load while the mechanical interlock prevents simultaneous operation of the two contactors.
For IEC applications, the BFX3271 has a conventional free-air thermal current rating of 55 A at up to 40 °C.
