The Lovato TMRTC is a modular weekly time relay with an integrated real-time clock (RTC), designed for automatic control of electrical loads according to programmable daily or weekly schedules. Part of the Lovato TM time relay range, it combines precise time-based switching with a compact 1-module DIN rail format for residential, commercial and industrial automation applications.
The TMRTC provides 16 configurable programme blocks and incorporates an RTC with a backup battery that maintains the date and time for more than 10 years without an external power supply. Automatic daylight saving time management further simplifies scheduled operation, while the date and time can be acquired automatically from the smartphone used during configuration.
Integrated NFC connectivity allows the TMRTC to be programmed using the Lovato app on compatible Android and iOS smartphones or tablets. The relay operates from a 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz auxiliary supply and provides one normally open relay output, making it a flexible solution for scheduled lighting, HVAC equipment, bells, sirens and other automatically controlled loads.
Weekly time relays automate equipment according to recurring schedules, removing the need for manual switching or a separate programmable controller for straightforward time-based functions. The Lovato TMRTC allows relay output activation to be programmed according to the day and time of the week, with up to 16 programme blocks providing flexibility for multiple operating periods.
